This Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to Upmaking Plus subscriptions offered by Rogers Collective LLC through Upmaking.
Upmaking Plus
Upmaking Plus costs $8.99 per month, plus applicable taxes.
Upmaking Plus is a recurring monthly subscription.
Your subscription will automatically renew each month and your payment method will be charged the applicable subscription price unless you cancel before your next renewal.
Payment Processing
Payments are securely processed by Stripe.
By subscribing to Upmaking Plus, you authorize the applicable recurring subscription charges until you cancel your subscription.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through My Account → Manage Subscription.
Follow the cancellation options provided through the billing portal.
You do not need to contact Upmaking separately to cancel when cancellation is successfully completed through the billing portal.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges.
Unless otherwise required by law, your Upmaking Plus benefits will remain available until the end of your current paid billing period.
Refunds
Upmaking Plus subscription payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
We do not ordinarily provide prorated refunds or credits for:
- partially used billing periods;
- failure to use the Service;
- forgetting to cancel before renewal; or
- unused Upmaking Plus features.
Rogers Collective LLC may choose to provide a refund or credit in individual circumstances at its discretion.
Nothing in this policy limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.
Failed Payments
If a subscription payment fails, your Upmaking Plus access may be limited, suspended, or terminated until payment is successfully completed.
Stripe may attempt to process the payment again according to its billing procedures.
Price Changes
Rogers Collective LLC may change the price of Upmaking Plus in the future.
Price changes will not be applied retroactively to a billing period that has already been paid.
Existing subscribers will receive notice of applicable price changes and information about how to cancel when required by law.
